Knife Steakhouse was a local favorite for us when we lived in Dallas, Texas. While my vote for best steak goes to my husband, Camden, this is a close second. They're proteins are locally sourced, cooked to perfection and paired with elevated yet classic sides. As Italian residents, we are happy to have this cookbook close by when we are needing a certain fix only "Knife" can satisfy.
